Welcome! 2018 CMSM Supervision Workshop Registration

PLEASE NOTE:
Lodging at the Bethany Center is full. We welcome new registrants at the commuter rate and have arranged special pricing at two nearby hotels. When booking your hotel, please mention the Supervision Workshop at Bethany Center.

• Residence Inn, Lutz, FL - $129/night (includes breakfast)
• Hilton Garden Inn, Lutz, FL - $115/night (complimentary shuttle to Bethany Center, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.)

Registration Details

• Up to two people may register per online form.
• Full registration includes accommodations, workshop and meals. Commuter registration includes workshop and meals. 
• Payment is by credit card or check. If paying by check, please complete and submit form, then print a copy and mail with your check (US dollars payable to CMSM) to CMSM Supervision Workshop, 8808 Cameron St., Silver Spring, MD 20910.
• The Bethany Center is located 10 miles from the Tampa International Airport. Taxi fare is approximately $50, and Uber or Lyft, approximately $30.

Bonus Pre-Workshop 

• The Basics, Part 2,  will be offered for those new to supervision or interested in a refresher, on Monday, Oct. 29, 9 a.m. The full workshop begins at noon that day. 

Jesuits/Those Attending the Separate Jesuit Meeting Wed. p.m.

• Register for either Sunday-Tuesday or Monday-Tuesday accommodations. Your Wednesday night accommodations will be arranged through the Jesuit Conference.

Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by October 22, less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds after that time.
