CMSM 2018 Pre-Assembly Workshop Registration 

Welcome! Please note:

• Up to three people may register per online form, though you can submit multiple forms for additional participants.
• Registration is $195 and includes continental breakfast, coffee break and lunch.
• Payment is by credit card or check. If paying by check, please complete form, print and mail with a check payable in US dollars to CMSM, attn: CMSM Pre-Assembly Workshop, 8808 Cameron St., Silver Spring, MD 20910
• Registration for your hotel and the National Assembly are separate.

Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by June 30, 2018, less a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds after that time.

Hotel reservations: Rooms have been reserved at a rate of $135/night (rate available through July 6, 2018). Click here to reserve your rooms online. Internet access in your hotel room is free if you belong to Sheraton's SPG membership program. You can sign up (for free) while reserving your room.

Schedule: The workshop is 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., with Mass at 7 a.m. and a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m.
