CANCELATION POLICY

ASA San Antonio reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness.  In the event an event is canceled, we will contact guests and arrange for refunds and/or credits.  You may cancel your registration for an event up to 6 calendar days prior to the date of the event and receive a 100% refund. 

No credit or refund will be issued to any registration canceled less than 6 calendar days prior to the event date, however, you may send someone in your place.
