REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION 

Please read the important information below.  You will then be directed to our automated registration system after clicking on register now.

First print out our W-9 here.  Your finance folks will ask for it.

Payment Information

Checks...When you register on the following page select pay with a check and you will be provided with the payment information. 

Credit Cards...If you are paying via credit card, you are NOT required to have a Paypal account however you will be directed to our Paypal payment portal.  On the Paypal page, look for the link that indicates to pay with a credit card as a guest.

Invoices

Once you register you will receive a confirmation email.  You should also receive another email  with an attached invoice for your agency.  If you pay with a credit card the invoice will indicate "paid".  This email should be sent within 24 hours of registering.
