Please read the important information below.  You will then be directed to our automated registration system after clicking on register now.

First print out our W-9 here.  Your finance folks will ask for it.

Payment Information

Checks...When you register on the following page select pay with a check and you will be provided with the payment information. 

Credit Cards...If you are paying via credit card, you are NOT required to have a Paypal account however you will be directed to our Paypal payment portal.  On the Paypal page, look for the link that indicates to pay with a credit card as a guest.

Invoices

Once you register you will receive a confirmation email.  You should also receive another email with an attached invoice for your agency if you are paying via check.

Course Material

When you register, please include the attendees correct email address. They will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the course material.
