Fall '17 UAB EMT Basic Course Application 

EMT Basic Provider Program. Sponsored by the User Advisory Board. Upon completion, participants will be eligible to sit for the NREMT examinations, and subsequently, attain state EMS licensure.

This course will be held staring August 22, 2017, and be held every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6pm to 10pm until December 16, 2017.

A full course schedule will be provided to enrolled students.

Applications must be received by 5pm on 07/31/2017. Accepted students will ve notified by phone no later than 08/02/2017.
