In order to run an efficient enterprise you want to make sure you are protecting your most valuable assets: Your employees. As small business owners and presidents, we sometimes forget the importance of creating a "Respectful Work Environment".

In this session you will learn:

  • Who is covered under the Law and the qualifying circumstances.
  • New perspective on handling disrespect in the workplace based on sharing and getting group feedback on your own personal experiences.
  • Helpful techniques and skill practice that help prevent and eliminate future incidents of disrespectful behavior.

About the Speaker:

Honie Ann PeacockHonie Ann Peacock, is the founder and CEO of HAP'nings Now, Inc.,  a holistic, strategic business coaching and consulting firm that assists women and minority businesses reach their maximum potential by assisting them create and implement strategic solutions to business development.

Her experience ranges from working in Fortune 500 companies managing Diversity programs to founding and managing four small businesses of her own – one being a nonprofit social enterprise in culinary arts.  Honie Ann Peacock has a BA in the History of Art from The University of Michigan; an MSW from Columbia University; and a Restaurant Management certificate from New School University.
