2015 (7th annual) ROCK 'n RUN family event

We have SOLD OUT ON ALL YOUTH T-SHIRTS and have minimal quantities of: Adult Small & Medium shirts only.

 ROCK 'n RUN is an annual fundraising event supporting the work of LIVE BETTER LIVE LONGER (LBLL) in Morrison County. ROCK 'n RUN features a 10K road race, 5K race/walk and 1K & 3K races (along with a bunch of fun) for kids of all ages. ROCK 'n RUN is an alcohol and tobacco-free FAMILY EVENT starting and finishing at the Belle Prairie Soccer Complex located on the north end of Little Falls.
