Friday, May 20th, 2016 Registration/Breakfast: 8:00AM
Shotgun Start/Tee Off: 9:00AM
Format: Four Person Scramble
Entry fee for golfers include: Golf, golf cart w/GPS, breakfast, lunch, snacks and assorted beverages (including domestic beer, sodas, sports drinks, bottle water and a frozen Margarita Station.
Contests: Hole-In-One, Closest-to-the-Pin, Beat the Pro and Longest Drive
Paradise package may be purchased between 8:00am-8:50am during registration, 1 limited per golfer.

RISE for Autism is hostng their 5th Annual Golf Tournament presented by Prophasys & Clearshark! Proceeds from the golf event will support the many programs and services offered to our local community and support local individuals with Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders and their families. Join us for a day of golf, contests, and a silent auction.
