You MUST select either credit card or check (even if your company's check may not be sent until later this year) in order for your registration to be processed and your booth to be held.

Show Dates & Times: Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Move-out: Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 4:30 p.m. - 11:45 p.m.

Booth Package
Included in the booth is one (1) 8’ covered and skirted table, two (2) chairs, a wastebasket and one (1) 7” x 44” two-line Booth I.D. sign. Also, the contracting company will receive one (1) complete listing of all show attendees (post-show), one (1) listing and link on the conference website and one (1) listing in the MAB e-newsletter. All booths will be 10’ x 10’ with 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side dividers. Exhibitors may request pre-registration lists for promotion. You may have a maximun of four (4) booth personnel attend per booth.

VALUE ADDED: Wireless internet access, move-in refreshments, Tuesday evening “Beer & Bull” reception, Wednesday continental breakfast and Wednesday evening reception/walk-around dinner. Box lunches are available on Wednesday for purchase for $20.00 - a lunch order form will be sent with your kit.

 Exhibitor Kit
All registered exhibitors will need to review the online exhibit kit which includes an Exhibitor Badge/Conference Registration Form, Hotel Information, Telephone and Electrical Service forms, updates and pertinent information. Also included will be order forms from the Show Service Contractor for additional rental furnishings, booth carpeting, freight handling, forklift and labor services.

Payments to the Michigan Association of Broadcasters may be deductible as a legitimate business expense under the Internal Revenue Code. They are not deductible, however, as charitable contributions.

No exhibitor will be permitted to exhibit unless their account is current and paid in full (US funds). No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 21, 2014. Booth sales close March 1, 2014. All space which is not occupied by show opening may be subject to resale with no refund.
