Rotary Foundation Grant Management Seminar

You MUST complete the requirements by April 1, 2020 at 5:00 PM. Details are on the email sent to you after you register.

To participate in Rotary Foundation Programs including Global and District Grants during Rotary each year, a club is required to become certified/re-certified and accomplish the following four tasks:

  1. Each club President-Elect and Foundation Chair, or their representatives, are required to attend a district sponsored Grant Management Seminar (GMS)
  2. Club president and president-elect must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Club MOU) crafted by The Rotary Foundation
  3. Club president and president-elect must sign the District 7120 Addendum to the Club MOU
  4. Each club must adopt and retain document retention and financial management policies required by the MOU.
  5. Additionally, clubs must have donated $25 per capita in the previous year in order to qualify.

After you register, you will receive an email with a link directing you to a One Drive folder that will contain a series of documents in a PDF as well as audio files explaining the proper design and implementation of a successful grant.

When completed, you will be directed to email your certification that you completed the pod cast, thereby certifying your Club to be eligible for a District Grant.
