Rotary Foundation Grant Management Seminar
(This is a FULL GMS, 2 1/2 hours)

This GMS is being run during PETS 1. You can not attend PETS and GMS.

To participate in Rotary Foundation Programs including Global and District Grants during Rotary each year, a club is required to become certified/re-certified and accomplish the following four tasks:

  1. Each club President-Elect and Foundation Chair, or their representatives, are required to attend a district sponsored Grant Management Seminar (GMS)
  2. Club president and president-elect must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Club MOU) crafted by The Rotary Foundation
  3. Club president and president-elect must sign the District 7120 Addendum to the Club MOU
  4. Each club must adopt and retain document retention and financial management policies required by the MOU.
  5. Additionally, clubs must have donated $25 per capita in the previous year in order to qualify.
