"Altogether Beautiful: Altogether Warrior" is a Christian based conference specifically for wives of military personnel (active and veteran) and first responders (including medical personnel and pastors). Join us for worship, fellowship with like minded women and an amazing line up of dynamic speakers. You will leave with your spirit refreshed!

Featured speakers will include Rasha Gardner, LPC and Lissa's baby sister; Cristi Rose, Founder of Bethany's Gait and wife of a Lt. Col.; Helen Toolan, a three star General's wife and founding member of the Semper Fi Fund; Chris Blue, Co-Lead Pastor at Pacific Point Church in California; and a panel to include a law enforcement wife, an active duty military wife and a firefighter wife.

Meet our Speakers!

Chris Blue, Co-Lead Pastor, Pacific Point Church

Once upon a time, an LA Laker Girl fell in love with an NHL goalie, and that was just the beginning. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Chris was in the dance and film industry for a long time and now lives with her husband, John, and their five children in Costa Mesa, CA, where they lead Pacific Point Church. They’ve spent the last 24 years of ministry on the frontlines of church planting and are revival-ready! With toddlers and teens under the same roof, there is plenty of wild & wonderful to write about, and Chris shares their crazy adventures daily @chris_blue. A passionate believer in things being altogether lovely, the Blue Crew mantra is “love hard & fight hard,” and their story tells of the sweetest growth coming from the most difficult moments. When she’s not leading Bible studies or speaking at women’s events, she can be found cleaning house or running carpool, in a hip hop class, at the beach or vintage shopping. In this Covid season, she is still constantly cooking & cleaning, or hiding out in her room from the 8 people living in her house!

Rasha Gardner, Licensed Professional Counselor

Rasha is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about serving as a refuge to those in need. Being no stranger to trauma herself, she knew at a very early age that one of her life goals would be to become a therapist and help those around her. She has been in the mental health field for 10+ years and has served in a variety of different roles. Rasha is currently licensed in the state of Arizona and has pending licensure in the state of Missouri.
In 2016, Rasha’s life was turned upside down when her beloved older sister was killed in a domestic violence incident. Rasha, not only enduring the loss of her older sister was now the guardian of her two sweet nieces whose lives would also never be the same. Despite the significant trauma that Rasha and her two nieces have undergone, they continue to thrive and resiliency shines through them. Rasha is determined to not only create a life for herself and her sister's two children that means something, but one that carries on the name of her sister. That is when Rasha and her sister's best friend, Cristi, decided Lissa’s Legacy was meant to be born.
Outside of Rasha’s desire to save to world one person at a time, she is also a wife to her amazing husband, adopted “mom” to her two nieces, and is expecting her first child in January! Rasha and her family recently relocated from Arizona to Missouri where they are creating their little homestead farm. Chickens, pigs, and all!

Cristi Rose, Founder, Bethany's Gait Ranch & Lissa's Legacy

Cristi understands all too well what it means to live with a man with a warrior's heart. Her husband Hoke is a retired Marine Corps Lt. Colonel, her oldest son is a Marine Corps Cobra Pilot, and her youngest son is a Navy Seal candidate currently in BUDS training.

In 2006 she founded Bethany's Gait Ranch, a ministry to serve at-risk children and horses in need. Seeing the struggles Marines were having after serving in combat, and searching for a way to help them heal, her husband thought work with the horses would make a difference. In 2011, with Hoke's assistance, she added an equine facilitated learning program specifically for active duty and veteran military. In April 2013, they moved the program to Prescott, Arizona and began serving first responders as well.

When Cristi's best friend Delissa was tragically shot and killed by her combat veteran husband in 2016, God put it heavily on her heart to create a ministry to honor her friend by supporting military and first responder wives. It became all too obvious that there just weren't resources to help these women support their husbands while ensuring the well-being of themselves and their children. And so, in 2017, Lissa's Legacy was born.

Helen Toolan, Founding Member, Semper Fi Fund

Helen is a proud Texan, though apparently, she’s now a Virginian by default since that’s where she resides. She graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Nutrition, and did a year long internship in San Diego, staying after graduation.  That’s where she met and married her husband, John—a Marine Lieutenant at the time.

During their many military moves over the next 35 years, Helen worked in various community and consulting nutrition positions, including the WIC program.  She was involved in many areas of Marine Corps family issues, mentoring and volunteering with, and for, individuals and groups of spouses.

From the beginning of the war in Iraq, Helen was a part of a group of Marine spouses and moms who welcomed back returning wounded with supplies and hugs.  In 2004, ten of these women turned their unofficial support into the Semper Fi Fund (now called the Semper Fi & America’s Fund), which continues to give assistance to our wounded, ill, and injured and their families.

She is still in love with John after 39 years and passionate about her family blessings: son Sean, his wife Kirby, and 2 grandchildren; daughter Cara and grandson, and her newly married daughter Beth and her husband, Dan.
