You Are Altogether Beautiful - A Virtual Retreat 

This retreat is designed specifically for wives of military and first responder personnel (active duty, reserve & veteran). You will walk away with tools to help your husband, and to take care of your specific needs as a military or first responder wife. We will also have some fun working with an art project, CABI fashion presentation and yoga.

1230      Husband Panel – We’re putting a few veterans/first responders on the spot to tell you their stories, share how their wives have helped them and let you ask them questions about how to support your husband.

1330      Yoga led by Sasha Naasz, The Movement Studio

1430     Wrap-up

Registration fee is $25; scholarships are available. This is an intimate retreat, limited to 10 wives.
