Be part of a great market for a good cause!

We look forward to working with you again this year. The 2017 Boulder Mountain Handmade Market will feature the work of artists, crafters, photographers, potters, jewelers, and fiber artists, as well as specialty food and beverage vendors from across the foothills area. Once again we will host the market at the Elks Lodge in Boulder.

We have lots of changes in the works this year...most in response to your feedback from previous events.

  • Marketing...we have a local publicity and marketing professional who will be working with our volunteer staff this year to increase our exposure in the area and to increase both the number and diversity of customers. We plan to increase our social media marketing and advertising.
  • Booth spaces…we have all the same sized booths available – 8' x 8' spaces (sorry, sold out), 8' x 10' spaces, and 10' x 10' – at the same prices as last year. Two artists may share any of the booth options. We've changed the set up to create a more flowing traffic pattern. All booths, including the Auxiliary bake, craft and kids' areas, will be located in the two ballrooms with educational activities and displays in the entry hallway. The Elks Lodge promises improved WiFi service.
  • Great parking…the Elks Lodge provides easy customer access to the sale and provides ample free parking for the event. Customers will have access to the market from doors on both the north and east sides of the building.
  • Design your own area…bring your own fixtures for display; be as creative as you like in showcasing your work. Access for set up will be available on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. We are working on creating more ambient lighting in the spaces and encourage you to bring spotlighting for your booth.
  • Keep 100% of your profits…your space fee is your only fee helping us to raise funds for Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District. Artists opting to rent a space at BMH must be onsite throughout the sale (or have a designated agent present) and will be responsible for cashiering their own sales.
  • Skip the jury process and go straight to registration. Thanks again for coming back! Because you participated during one of the last two years, you don't go through the jury process again.
  • As always, crafted items must be handmade and photography and artwork must be original. We also welcome vendors with homemade foods and non-alcoholic beverages, such as jams, candies, and tea.

Use the button below to REGISTER for a space today!

(Please note: All spaces for jewelers are sold out at this time.)

Register

Booths are not reserved until registration is complete and payment is received. Registration is first come, first served.

Registration fees are refundable through October 1, 2017, if we are able to fill your space. After October 1 fees are nonrefundable.

We are very grateful for your past support of Boulder Mountain Handmade and appreciate the time that many of you took to give us written and verbal feedback on the event. Your input is responsible for changes that will enhance the experience for everyone.

Your participation in this 40+ year tradition allows us to support our fire fighters throughout the year. If you have questions, this link to Frequently Asked Questions will help, or give me a call.
