RCC 2015 - International RCC Dam Seminar and Duck River Reservoir Project Study Tour

Join us May 4, 2015 - May 6, 2015 in Nashville, TN for RCC 2015!

This event is an ongoing gathering of engineering and construction industry professionals involved in heavy-civil design and construction worldwide. The intent of the conference is to promote and continue the technical evolution of Roller-Compacted Concrete (RCC) in the dam and water resources markets.

ABOUT THE EVENT

This event will feature two and a half days of classroom presentations and a tour at an active construction site.  The tour of the Duck River Reservoir in Cullman, Alabama will be led by representatives from ASI Constructors, Inc., CH2MHILL, and the City of Cullman.  The tour features live RCC demonstrations, viewing of the rockfill dam, clay core and drainage sections of the dam, an educational overview of the RCC and Conventional Concrete Plant, RCC delivery system, RCC placement area, and viewing of the coffer dam, river diversion, onsite quarry and RCC testing lab. The tour will be followed by a Jim N' Nick's catered BBQ.
