Fall Customer Appreciation Campout 2017

Your Food 'N Fun is included with your site

Registration fills up and closes quickly for the camping sites at our campout. If you still want to be a part of the fun, the "Food 'N Fun Pass" is your ticket... literally! Join us at our 2017 Customer Appreciation Campout! It's bigger and better this year and we've added new events, live entertainment, and more food with an expanded menu! Of course, we'll still have great games and prizes, as well as our Annual Chili Cookoff! It's going to be a great time! Folks describe our campouts as THE Camping Event of the year. The Food 'N Fun Pass is available in limited numbers as well, so be sure to reserve your spots ASAP.

Each member of your group must have a valid, paid ticket in order to enter the park. Please register yourself and each member of your group and select the appropriate fee level for each.

The cost for Food 'N Fun Passes are as follows:
Each Adult (age 13+)  $25.00
Child (age 8-12)  $18.00
Child (age 3-7)  $10.00
Child (age 2 and under)  FREE

FOOD 'N FUN PASSES ARE  A TWO-DAY PASS VALID FOR ENTRY ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY. NO CAMPSITE IS PROVIDED WITH THIS PASS. The cost of the pass helps offset the cost of your catered meals, vendors, and entry fee for the park. Those who register for this pass will be given first option to upgrade to a full Campout registration should a cancellation occur for the difference in what has been paid for the Food 'N Fun Passes and the Regular Campout Registration.

For ease of registration, all information will be posted here and all reservations will be done on this site. Due to the volume of phone calls received, questions and information requests will be answered by email ONLY. See contact information to the left. Thank you for your understanding.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN ALL AVAILABLE PASSES HAVE BEEN SOLD. THE REGISTRATION WILL AUTOMATICALLY REOPEN IF THERE ARE CANCELLATIONS. REGISTRATIONS AT THAT POINT ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED AND ON THIS SITE ONLY. PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN TO SEE IF REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING TO REGISTRATION:

Harmonie has classified our campout as a "Special Event", reserving the entire campground for our use. Annual gate passes do not apply to this event, however there are no gate fees over and above the cost for the weekend pass. Be sure to print your tickets and bring them to the park when you come, they are your entry into the park. See you there! If paying by check, your check must be received within 7 days of registration or your reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations may be made for extreme circumstances, but must be made by email only and any cancellations within 30 days of the event are NOT refundable.
