We are pleased to announce that the 2019 NYSPOA Conference will be held July 31 - August 2, 2019 at Resorts World Catskills, in Monticello, New York.
We are pleased to announce that the 2019 NYSPOA Conference will be held July 31 - August 2, 2019 at Resorts World Catskills, in Monticello, New York.
There is a block of rooms available to Conference attendees at Resorts World Catskills (RWC), 888 Resorts World Drive, Monticello, New York 12701. The hotel room rate of $169 King Suite / $219 Double Queen Suite per night is guaranteed for reservations made by July 3, 2019. The room rate is being offered for two days pre/post conference. Non-discounted rooms this time of year are at a higher premium price. *Please note that firearms are prohibited on premises at RWC.

We are in the process of scheduling great workshops and activities for you to enjoy. A schedule of workshops will be available during May 2019 at the latest. You may register and pay for the conference by selecting the "Register Now!" button below. Please be sure to register prior to attending.

Evening networking event (Hippie Theme) - Join us for an evening of food, music, prizes, and laughs. There will be a 50/50 raffle as well. This event is included with full conference registration. Additional tickets are $35 per person, $15 for children 13-20, and free for children 12 & under.

Awards Luncheon - Join us in recognizing probation officers who have gone above and beyond and displayed their commitment to the probation profession. Tickets for the awards luncheon are $35 per person if you are not attending the full conference. Tickets can be purchased by clicking the "Register Now!" button below.
There will be an auction held during the conference which raises money for future conference scholarships. The selections will be amazing! Cash, credit cards, and checks accepted to purchase tickets. Our 2018 auction raised funds to provide 7 scholarships for this year's conference. If you are interested in applying to win a NYSPOA scholarship for this year's conference, please email scholarships@nyspoa.com and submit your: name, position, county and email address by May 31, 2019. You must be a NYSPOA member through August 31, 2019 to qualify for the scholarship drawing. Scholarship winners will be randomly selected on June 3, 2019 and will be notified by email.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase a great selection of 2019 NYSPOA merchandise and apparel at the conference or you may order from our website.
