- Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Grade Levels: 5th - 8th grade
- Cost: $165.60 (includes 5 classes + material fees + transaction fees)
This course has a maximum capacity of 24 students.

Students will learn how to think critically about their health and nutrition while they investigateand explore the benefits of eatingmore fruits, vegetables and whole foods.
Plant Based Cooking will inspire students to:
- Reflect on thier current eating habits and set goals to eat healthier
- Explore the variety of vitamins, protein and other nutrients found in plant-based whole foods
- Eat more whole foods on a daily basis
- Help out more in the kitchen, create their own meals, and even cook for themselves!
