Plant Based Cooking: Session 1

- Days: Monday - Friday, starting July 9th
- Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Grade Levels: 3rd - 8th grade
- Cost: $165.60 (includes 5 classes + material fees + transaction fees)
This course has a maximum capacity of 24 students.

Students will learn how to think critically about their health and nutrition while they investigate and eplore the benefits of eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole foods.
Plant Based Cooking will inspire students to:
- Refelct on their current eating habits and set goals to eat healthier
- Explore the variety of vitamins, protein, and other nutrients found in plant-based whole foods
- Eat more whole foods on a daily basis
- Help out more in the kitchen, create their own meals, and even cook for themselves!
