APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Preparation 

This APICS CSCP program will prepare you with the knowledge and skills demanded of supply chain leaders. You will study design of successful supply chain strategy; management of supplier and customer relationships; how logistics, technology, and data can enhance performance; and how to seamlessly incorporate all processes to increase customer satisfaction and improve the organization’s bottom line.

The supply chain profession is advancing at an incredible pace. Despite market difficulties, according to the APICS Salary Survey, people with a CSCP certification earn 21% more than their colleagues. Are you keeping up? Well-educated supply chain professionals are playing an increasingly important role in their companies. 

The program has three modules:

• Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management. This module discusses broad concepts including alignment with corporate strategy, planning, inventory control, demand forecasting and effective management techniques, and more.
• Supply Chain Strategy, Design, and Compliance. This module includes sustainability practices in design and operation, measurement and the factors influencing the supply chain, customer and supplier challenges and relationship management concepts, inventory planning and control, and more.
• Implementation and Operations. In this module participants will learn supply chain dynamics and the balance of responsiveness and efficiency, managing supply from internal and external sources, implementation of demand plans, tools and techniques to support continuous improvement, and more.

For the APICS CSCP designation, candidates must meet eligibility requirements including a passing score on the CSCP exam. This workshop is a comprehensive professional development and exam preparation program combining print materials with interactive web-based study tools to provide a customized learning experience. The APICS CSCP examination is available to individuals who have relevant work experience and education. A candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus two years of related business experience OR
• CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, or C.P.M. designation plus two years of related business experience OR
• Five years of related business experience.
