Explore the basic concepts of managing the flow of materials in a supply chain. In this course, you get a complete overview of material flow, from internal and external suppliers, to and from your organization. Basics of Supply Chain Management will introduce you to the internationally recognized APICS Certified Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) programs. According to the latest APICS salary survey, individuals with an APICS certification earn 20% more than their colleagues without one – in the same jobs!
