Waitlist of Cooking Workshop #3 Yangzhou Fried Rice (Nov. 8, 2019)

Yangzhou fried rice, or Yang Chow fried rice, is a popular stir-fry dish in many Chinese restaurants throughout the world. It's probably the best-known form of fried rice-a confetti of glistening grains with scrambled egg, scallion, carrot, corn, sweet pea, and Chinese ham. You will be contacted if room in the workshop becomes available.
