Chinese Scallion pancake, or Congyoubing, is one of the most famous and traditional Chinese street foods and is ideal for Chinese breakfast. Those crispy and aromatic multi-layered pancakes, seasoned with special Chinese spices, are available all around China.With very simple everyday ingredients, we can make scallion pancakes in our own kitchen.
