Chinese Scallion pancake, or Congyoubing, is one of the most famous and traditional Chinese street foods and is ideal for Chinese breakfast. Those crispy and aromatic multi-layered pancakes are available all around China. With very simple everyday ingredients, we can make scallion pancakes in our own kitchen.
