Chinese Flavors: Food Garnishing Workshop (Apr 27, 2018)

The workshop consists of a mini-lecture and hands-on practice. The mini-lecture introduces the history, major styles, and common motifs in Chinese food garnishes. The hands-on practice will give you some easy-to-follow instructions to make a combination of tomato rose and zucchini leaves so that you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
