Chinese Flavors: Potsticker Workshop (Apr 7, 2018)

Participants will learn some general cultural information about Chinese Dim-sum. As a typical Chinese Dim-sum, the potsticker will be introduced along with a story about the origin of the potsticker. The workshop concludes with participants cooking and eating your own potstickers.
