Chinese Flavors: Food Garnishing Workshop (Mar 9, 2018)

The "Four Gentlemen"--the plum blossom, orchid, bamboo and Chrysanthemum-- is very important in Chinese culture. The workshop gives a cultural introduction about the chrysanthemum and then hands-on practice. We will give you some easy-to-follow instructions about how to make chrysanthemums out of different vegetables.
