Wait List--Chinese Flavors: Chinese Dumplings Workshop-4 (Jan21, 2017)

Participants will learn about the history and culture of the Chinese dumpling before practicing dumpling wrapper-rolling and stuffing with a meat and vegetable filling. The workshop concludes with participants cooking and eating their dumplings. (There is a vegetarian option for dumpling stuffing.)
