Chinese Flavors: Chinese Dumpling Workshop-6 (Mar18, 2017)

Participants will learn about the history and culture of the Chinese dumpling before practicing dumpling wrapper-rolling and stuffing with a meat and vegetable filling. The workshop concludes with participants cooking and eating their dumplings.
