SAVORING CHINA: Chinese Oolong Tea and its Birthplace

Oolong tea (Camellia sinensis) is a traditional Chinese tea produced through a unique process including withering the plant under the sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. Oolong tea is half-fermented (or half-oxidized). This lecture will introduce famous Oolong tea and perform how to brew "Kung Fu Cha" .
