Day 1:
Internal Auditor/Internal Inspection Training: Learn about Auditing/Inspecting farms in your group. Or, for Option 1 farm professional, learn how to do a "self-assessment" of your operation (required of all GLOBALG.A.P. certified companies). We will discuss the process of auditing/inspecting, and how to communicate findings to management. The training will also teach how to implement corrective actions and to develop the preventative measures needed to eliminate a reoccurrence.
Day 2:
QMS Training for Option 1 Multisite and Option 2 is primarily for those managing QMS audits for producer groups, but others will benefit from attending as well. Learn how to develop your plan: the organizational structure, policies, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement a quality management system.
