2018 Hitting/Blocking Camp 1

These camps focus on teaching proper mechanics for hitting and blocking, to increase power, help with placement and improve footwork. A variety of "shots" will be taught along with Swing blocking techniques. Participants are put in groups according to their skill level (beginner, intermediate or advanced).
