Part 1 starts promptly at 9:00am, and starts the day with Social Media Marketing Made Simple (no fee):
In this free introductory session, Kelly Flint, Constant Contact’s Senior Regional Development Director and Local Market Development Director for Orange County and Los Angeles will cover some of the strategies and best practices to get the most out of your social media activities including time management and measuring the return of your activities. We will talk about what social media marketing really is, how to incorporate it into your business life without losing productivity and look how other businesses are using these low-cost tools to gain visibility, develop relationships and drive sales and response. We will discuss the various social media outlets that are available, how they interact together and ways to leverage their inherent strengths and to evaluate them for best use for your business or organization.

Part 2 will begin at 10:30am, Roll up your sleeves and dive into Analytics in this 3 hour hands-on Analytics Bootcamp ($139.00): Measuring Your Online Marketing Results (Social and Online ROI)
This workshop is designed for you, the business owner to put you in control of your online results and help you measure and direct your company’s online efforts (your staff and vendors) to create accountable online marketing programs.
Are you spending your online marketing resources wisely? Learn how to measure your Online ROI (Return on Investment) including Social Media, your Website stats and other online presence including the use of FREE tools that will give you and your service providers metrics for accomplishing your marketing goals. Here is what you will learn:

The Analytics bootcamp will begin with a presentation designed to educate the business owner to know what to ask and what to measure in order to determine the success of their online efforts. Actionable measuring tools and goal setting will put the owner in the driver’s seat when directing content to reach the defined goal.
Hands-On Practice
In the “hands on” session we will help attendees narrow their focus to define success, set metrics and then direct them how to best use online tools for that measurement. We will go to each social media platform mentioned (linkedin, twitter and facebook) and instruct you on how to analyze those platforms. On Google Analytics you will be shown how to set goals and measure their success or failure. If you already have set goals but have not been successful, we will discuss in the group different goals you can set for you to measure over the next two or three months.

Note: Part 2 Participants must bring a working laptop with wireless connection and have a current and up to date browser and OS. You must be familiar with your laptop and how to access the internet using your laptops wireless connection. Laptops are required. Tablets and Ipads should not be used. No time will be spent to troubleshoot laptop issues.
Refund Policy: Attendance to Session/Part 2 is paid admission only and is specifically associated with this date and venue. Registration/Payment for part 2 can not be transferred, traded, substituted or refunded. Once you have registered and paid for Part 2, No refunds will be issued. Registrants for Part 2 that subsequently can not attend the paid event, for what ever reason, will not have the cost of the event refunded, traded and or credited, your paid admission will simply be forfeited if you can not attend.
