Goddess Body Sculpting Class & Luncheon

Goddess Body Sculpting Class & Luncheon in Frances Gray's backyard. Frances has teamed up with Christie Tonsfeldt and Jaime McFaden (Anagnostou), Body Sculpting instructor and one of Jillian Michaels' personal trainer.  This goddess body sculpting class and Mediterranean style lunch is offered for up to twelve bidders.  Jaime will lead us through a fun, toning and trimming workout full of body-weight exercises popular with the ancient Greeks. Afterwards, we will relax on the patio and enjoy a healthy Mediterranean style lunch, prepared by Jaime, Christie, and Frances. Traditional taverna-style recipes from Jaime's very own Yiayia! Limited to 12 goddesses.
