Description: Want to learn more about knitting continental style? This unique method is perfect for color stranding or for those that have issues holding the yarn with the right hand. In continental knitting, sometimes known as European knitting, or left-hand knitting, the yarn is held in the left hand. Continental knitting is a very efficient method of knitting and can help reduce hand and arm strain.

Materials: Light colored worsted weight yarn. Needles appropriately sized for the yarn, note taking supplies.
