Celebrate the arrival of the spring season with this delectable French Country cooking class. Using the freshest of ingredients, you will create a traditional French Country menu, designed to easily be recreated in your own home kitchen. This class brings some wonderful French countryside favorites into our kitchen, to create an amazing meal.
Dishes on the menu include: Chicken Ragout Provencal, Baguettes with Ratatouille, Spring Greens, Apple, Pear, Walnut and Warm Goat Cheese Salad, and Double Chocolate Cake.
Investment: $55.00 Class includes: Three to five dish menus, complimentary beverages of mineral water, tea, coffee, a glass of wine and a recipe Cd to take home.
Classes are limited to 8 people so early reservations are recommended. Your spot need to be confirmed by pre-payment at registration.
