8.10.15 Annual Golf Event-CLE Program - Federal Tort Claims Act - Fundamentals and Updates 

Join the NDNY- FCBA for a full day at the Mohawk Golf Club. The day will begin with a CLE program from 10:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. The CLE Program, "Federal Tort Claims Act: Fundamentals and Updates"  will address recent developments in the case law and issues after a suit has commenced and the process through initiation of suit. Hon. Mae A. D'Agostino, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and Michael A. Bottar, Bottar Leone, PLLC will present this program.  The CLE will be followed by a barbeque lunch. Then we will swing into an afternoon of golf followed by cocktails and dinner. Bring your best game and we'll see you there!
