This is the second of a multi-part series, which will discuss trial techniques, strategy and evidentiary considerations for all phases of a trial. This session is designed to highlight possible trial issues that may be the subject of motions in limine or trial objections, which often involve relevance and/or hearsay issues. This session will include discussion of Federal Rules of Evidence governing relevance [Rules 401, 402, 403, and 404(b)] and hearsay [Rules 801, 802, 803, 804, 805, 806, and 807].
