"Criminal Practice - May 2014 Update" will feature presentations regarding: case resolutions, in light of the Department of Justice policy regarding certain mandatory minimum sentences; and sentencing issues, including restitution and forfeiture. Attendance at this program will apply toward the training requirement for CJA attorneys.
