• Review or structure the required HIPAA policies and procedures for your workplace

Step Two:  We’ll do follow-up writing and collecting of everything you need for compliance: 

• Forms and reports on your letterhead for compliance documentation
• The required HIPAA Policies and Procedures document for your Practice, based on our collaboration in step one
• HIPAA's required risk analysis report for your workplace

Step Three:  Final 60 Minute Consultation
