2020 TLARGI Advertising Agreement 

You can earn up to 10% off your advertising costs depending on how many advertising options you choose.

It's time to reserve your company's advertising space for TLARGI's yearbook, newsletter and website. Keep in mind that a 10% discount is available if you choose ALL THREE advertising options. 

 

DEADLINES

Space Reservations are due by October 31, 2019

 Digital Artwork for all ads must be sent by December 1, 2019, to Cindy LeClair at cindy@viprubber.com.  

 

AD SIZES & OPTIONS

Option 1: 2019/2020 TLARGI Yearbook Ad

• Inside Front Cover: 8-1/2" wide x 11" high (Rate: $2,595)
• Inside Back Cover: 8-1/2" wide x 11" high (Rate: $2,505)
• Back Cover: 8-1/2" wide x 11" high (Rate: $3,100)
• Full Page: 8-1/2" wide x 11" high (Rate: $1,525)
• Half Page - Horizontal: 8-1/2" wide x 5-1/2" high (Rate: $1,325)
• Half Page - Vertical: 4-1/4" wide x 11" high (Rate: $1,325)

Option 2: 2020 TLARGI Website Ad

Includes logo on the home page of TLARGI's website for a year. (Rate: $500/year)

Option 3: 2020 TLARGI NEWS Ad

Includes your business-card-size ad in a minimum of 7 newsletters per year. The ads are rotated for each newsletter. Ad size is 2-5/16" wide x 1-1/2" high and the rate is $275/year.

 

DISCOUNTS

If you choose 2 options, enter promo code "2OPTIONS" in your form to receive a 5% disount.

If you choose 3 options, enter promo code "3OPTIONS" in your form to receive a 10% discount. 

 

AD SPECIFICATIONS

All ads are priced as Full Color (4-Color) ads. Any special colors will be made from 4-Color (CMYK). For a Full Page Yearbook ad with a bleed, the artwork should measure 8-3/4” wide x 11-1/4” high, with a trim size of 8-1/2” wide x 11” high.

Please furnish all artwork in PDF format with all fonts outlined and all bitmaps at 300 DPI or higher.

Be sure to also include a color proof with your digital artwork file. If a color proof is not provided, TLARGI is not responsible for the accuracy of your ad color. All artwork and materials are to be furnished by the Advertiser and at the advertiser’s expense. No agency discounts are allowed.

 

RESERVATION DETAILS

With this online form you may reserve your space and pay NOW by credit card or PAY LATER by check.

If you opt to pay by check, an invoice will be sent AFTER the yearbooks have been distributed at the April 2019 Dinner Meeting to the contact listed in this online form.
