Texas Day of Civility in the Law
The Supreme Court of Texas and the HBA invite you to celebrate the second Texas Day of Civility in the Law with fellow HBA members. This event is accredited for 2 hours of MCLE, including 2 hours of ethics.
The CLE program will last from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., followed by a reception from 3:00 to 4:00, all taking place at the 1910 Courthouse.
Program speakers include Justice Eva Guzman, Justice Jeff Boyd, Justice Jimmy Blacklock and Justice Brett Busby of the Supreme Court of Texas; Justice Julie Countiss of the First Court of Appeals; and Judge Michael Gomez of the 129th District Court. The program will be moderated by Kevin Dubose of Alexander Dubose Jefferson & Townsend LLP and Lynne Liberato of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
