Healthy Moms, Healthy Girls Workshop

Moms and girls spend a half-day in an interactive health and wellness workshop with medical professionals learning the best practices for healthy living. Moms discuss stroke prevention and learn yoga techniques to use at home or in the office. Girls talk careers in medicine, create healthy snacks and burn calories in a line dance workout.
