Dear Friends and Supporters,

We invite you to join us for the 5th Annual SRF Golf Outing on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the Hamlet Wind Watch Golf and Country Club in Hauppauge, NY.  

Be sure to register early in order to reserve your spot. Last year, the outing was sold out before the deadline even arrived! 

In addition to golfing, you can participate in various other ways, including purchasing sponsorships and donating items for our raffle.  Non-Golfers are also invited to show their support and attend the lunch and raffle.
