Important Conference Information

  • California Schools JPA will cover the hotel accommodations and self-parking for primary and alternate board members per district.

  • CSEBA: A total of four representatives • One primary representative for each management and labor. • One alternate representative for each management and labor.

  • CSRM: One primary and one alternate representative.

  • *Non-Board Member (District Employee): **JPA Safety Credits, American Fidelity, and Grant funds are available to offset conference costs for non-board members. Please contact Yolanda Comer at ycomer@csjpa.org for additional information. District Approval Required.

  • Self Parking is $35/per vehicle per night. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PARKING PLACARD AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK AFTER CHECK IN. (Even if using the Disney App to check in)

  • Valet Parking is $65/per vehicle per night at personal expense. *Payment is required at check-out, and the financial responsibility is with the individual, not the responsibility of California Schools JPA.
