Caramoor @ KMA: The Swingaroos, July 15, 2015 (Jazz Concert) 

The Swingaroos are NYC's underground jazz band. With a suitcase full of original songs and Hit Parade covers from the '20s to the 2010s, the 'Roos continue the tradition of the swing-era "territory bands." Fronted by award-winning vocalist/multi-instrumentalist/lyricist, Kimberly Hawkey, and pianist/arranger, Assaf Gleizner, this sextet of swingin' hot sound has been heard in the seediest roadhouses and the stateliest of halls in the Empire City and beyond.

In the case of rain, the performance will take place in a fully covered venue on the Caramoor campus at 149 Girdle Ridge Rd, Katonah, NY 10536. Check katonahmuseum.org for weather-related venue updates on day of event.
