9 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.: Boot Camp for New Dads
9 a.m.- 11:45 a.m.: Gearing Up for Baby for moms and moms-to-be
9 a.m.- 11:45 a.m.: Gearing Up for Baby for moms and moms-to-be
Noon: Lunch provided by Henrico Doctors' Hospital. If you have food allergies or concerns, please consider bringing your lunch with you.
12:15 - 2:15 p.m.: When Baby Makes Three for couples
