EXHIBITORS - Mark Your Calendar NOW for Friday, November 9, 2012

 Welcome to the first annual Bright Ideas for Success Conference offered by the Nonprofit Development Center of United Way Smith County!  The conference will be held on Friday, November 9 from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Lighthouse, located on the campus of Green Acres Baptist Church.

 Your business or organization is invited to join us as an Exhibitor at the November 9, 2012 conference. You will have opportunities to share your products and services with nonprofit representatives from 14 counties in East Texas.   The cost to exhibit is $250, which includes one 18” x 8’ table, two chairs, conference registration and lunch for two representatives from your business.  There is limited floor space for displays and WiFi and electricity will be available if needed.

 This event is planned to provide a valuable educational and networking opportunity for nonprofit professionals, staff, volunteers, and board members.  The conference will include morning and afternoon breakout sessions and a luncheon featuring noted author and speaker, Paul Vitale.

 Exhibitor Registration/Agreement

 The Bright Ideas for Success Conference will be on November 9, 2012 at The Lighthouse located at 1607 Troup Hwy in Tyler, Texas 75701 (Green Acres Baptist Church).

By registering as an Exhibitor, you agree to the following:

Exhibitor set up will begin at 7 a.m. the morning of the event.  Participants will begin to arrive at 7:45 for check-in.  The conference will officially begin at 8:45 with the first breakout sessions.  You may visit with participants during breakfast, lunch and breaks. 

Exhibit tables must be staffed at all times.  Exhibitors assume full responsibility for the condition and security of all equipment, baggage or gear that the exhibitor brings on the premises.  Exhibitor further agrees to indemnify against any loss or liability including theft, injury to persons, or damages to property arising from exhibitor’s occupancy of the premises.  All promotional materials shall be confined to the limits of the assigned exhibit space and exhibitors will be held responsible for any damages caused to the area surrounding their display.  Please be respectful of the property.
