WHERE:  City Arts Factory Downtown Orlando 
Corner of Orange Ave and Pine Street.
This is the main floor gallery.  

 WHEN: Third Thursday July 17^th (6-9pm) 
Show Viewing July 17,2014-August 12, 2014

MBGC Members will help get the night hung and ready for a great Third Thursday. If you would like to volunteer & help hang or put up your own
art work- email Mel@MelsBGC.org.
Mel will specify where to hang art work.  

 ART WORK: $10/Per Entry
$0 if 100% IS DONATED TO CHARITY.

*IF YOU DONATE A PERCENTRAGE OF THE ART SALE-
IT IS STILL $10 FOR THE ENTRY
(Up to 5 PER ARTIST unless more area to hang or participated in the past)

 DEADLINE: July 15^th Application & Fee
(You can pay in cash, online or check)
*If you need to make payment arrangements- you can pay them in increments up until show.

 ART DROP-OFF:  
Tuesday July 15^th- Wednesday July 16^th

We will hang art on Wednesday. Please make arrangements to drop off art on those
dates 11am-6pm.

If you have specifics on where or how you would like your art hung- Please include details with your art or send an email to Mel@melsbgc.org

*If you DO NOT give specifics and they are hung incorrectly-there will be no refund. If you change your pieces out before the deadline & somehow they are not hung correctly- there will be no refund-however they will be fixed)

MORE DETAILS

Ÿ  All submissions MUST be labeled on the back of each piece with the following information: Artists Name, Title and Medium.

Ÿ  All work must be original.

Ÿ  Art work must be framed and/or ready for hanging or display. (An extra $5 for hardware and the attachment of a wire backing)

Ÿ  After-show closing, it is strongly suggested all work be picked up on the day(s) indicated for pickup. In most cases this will be the first Monday following the show closing. CityArts Factory is not responsible for damage during storage to any work not picked up after posted pick up date. Any art not picked up within 14 days of the show closure will become the property of CityArts Factory.

Ÿ  City Arts Factory takes 25% from sale of Art Piece (Please make sure that we have your legal name somewhere so that a check can be generated.)
